To complete the registration process, you must bring a $10,000 cashier's check, made payable to yourself, to the auction. Note: You will need to bring a cashier's check for each unit which you intend to bid on.

Online Bidding: For those who cannot attend the auction in person, online bidding will be provided. Anyone wishing to bid online, must register as an online bidder with their $10,000 deposit no later than Tuesday May 12, 2009. A twelve percent (12%) buyer's premium will be added to the high bids.

Auction Day: If you pre-registered for the auction, you can pick up your bidder's information package and paddle number the day of the auction from 9:00am to 11:00am. 100 units will be sold Absolute Regardless of Price! The remainder will be sold subject to the seller confirming the sale. The seller will be available at the auction to approve the bids.

Real Estate Terms: All properties are being sold "As Is Where Is" with the only guarantee from the sellers being clear and marketable titles to the properties. All high bidders will be required to place bid deposits equal to 10% of the amounts bid on the day of the Auction. The cashier's checks will be part of the deposits; the remainder will be accepted in the form of cash, checks with bank letter of gurantee, or certified funds.

Buyer's Premium: A ten percent (10%) buyer's premium will be added to the high bids to determine the total prices to be paid.

Closing: The closings shall take place no later than Thirty (30) days after the auction. The entire purchase price must be paid by Cashier's or Certified Check, or wired funds at closing. No purchase shall be contingent on financing or any other contingencies.
